Last night, I took a spontaneous trip to my local (delicious) Chinese restaurant. After my meal, I came to a ridiculous realization: I probably couldn’t survive without restaurants.

This Christmas, I had two realizations: (1) I need a hobby and (2) that hobby needs to help me save money. I always spend too much on holiday gifts that people probably don’t like. I held off on getting a smartphone with a data plan for as long as I could. In my mind, phones were for making calls and maybe sending the occasional text message.
