My fifty-two year old mother has one in leopard print. My boyfriend has a luxury Snuggie in blue microfiber. I bought one in pastel pink from Kohl’s last night. Now, Snuggies are available for dogs and kids.

You’ve seen the commercials: the over-enthusiastic families dancing in the sleeved blankets. You wonder: has this really caught on? Believe it or not, the answer is yes. You just don’t see it because people do it in the privacy of their own homes.
